Client Success Associates are responsible for supporting the client success team in the setup, execution and internal management of influencer campaign activations.

Client Success Associate oversees the day-to-day execution of our influencer marketing initiatives and serves as the first point of contact for our influencer network. Client Success Associates are responsible for nurturing the relationships we have with existing influencers and adhering campaigns and influencers to the timeline set forth by the Client Success Manager. 

This role serves as a support layer for Client Success Managers in the successful planning, execution and delivery of key campaign deliverables and creative brief requirements.

• Ensure the Success of Our Clients & Their Campaigns
• Understand the campaign KPIs and work with influencers to meet expectations outlined by the CSM – KPI alignment is scoped but not limited to:
• Build and verify campaign offers based on the statement of work (SOW)
• Manage the influencer participation of the offer
• Manage all influencer communication for assigned clients
• Build and verify influencer audiences
• Vet influencers based on creative brief requirements
• Rate and review campaign content and copy
• Provide feedback to influencers from brand content approvals
• Campaign Management
• Handle all influencer communication
• Maintain internal calendars and timelines based on client needs
• Proactively informs CS team on influencer updates and campaign pacing 
• Support CSMs
• Update reports (formatting, sentiment, cities, aesthetic slides)
• Organize and manage campaign content via the Google Drive
• Take notes during kick off calls
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed
